| Q | Can I pay by credit card. I don't have a Paypal account ? | ||||||||
| A | Unfortunately we currently only accept payments via Paypal. However, it is very easy and immediate to set up a Paypal account with a credit card. We have been using Paypal since 2004 and we have no reservations in recommending them. Link to PayPal | ||||||||
| Q | How do I know if the item is in stock and when it will be dispatched ? | ||||||||
| A | All products shown in the control shop are "in stock" and will normally be dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. We carry large stocks of all items and it is unusual for us to be out of stock. However, when an item is out of stock it will be clearly marked and you will be made aware of this when trying to add it to your shopping cart. | ||||||||
| Q | Do you supply tracking details for dispatched parcels ? | ||||||||
| A | Yes. We send all of our parcels by "First Class Royal Mail Signed For" service to UK destinations and International orders are sent by "Royal Mail International Signed For" service. In both cases, a tracking number will be supplied by e-mail to you which you can use to track your parcel at "www.royalmail.com" | ||||||||
| Q | If the item is not what I want may I return it ? | ||||||||
| A | Yes. You may return it within 7 days from the date of receipt to obtain a full refund, excluding postage and packing. Return postage must be paid by yourself. It must be in its original condition and contain all original parts. Responsibility for safe return is with you. (a recorded delivery postal option is strongly recommended). | ||||||||
| Q | Do the prices shown include VAT ? | ||||||||
| A | The prices shown are exactly what you pay. We are not (yet) VAT registered and so do not charge VAT on any items. | ||||||||
| Q | I have completed a purchase of one of your control boards with Paypal but my account on PC-Control does not show this order . Why is this ? | ||||||||
| A | You probably did not use the "return to pc-control" button provided by Paypal to return to our website after completing your purchase. This is necessary to update our records. However, your purchase will still be processed normally and without any additional delay, since we also receive e-mail notification from Paypal for every purchase made. It just means that when you log on to pc-control your account will not show the status of this order. | ||||||||
