Payment
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment processing is handled on our behalf by Sage Pay (Formerly PROTX) who provide a secure server environment for this purpose. You will be automatically passed to them after the confirmation stage of our checkout procedure. We are always happy to accept official orders from local authorities and educational establishments including schools,colleges and universities based in the UK. If you are in one of these categories and it is the first time you have purchased from us then please drop us an e-mail with the details of what you would like to purchase, together with your full contact details and we will send you a quotation which will have all of the information you require to place an order with us. Shipping
All items purchased are sent by "Royal Mail Recorded and Signed for" service for UK deliveries and "Royal Mail International Recorded and Signed For" for all other parts of the world. Tracking numbers for items, once dispatched, are provided to allow buyers to track their items progress online at royalmail.com

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart according to the overall weight of your parcel. Typically, postage on one control board will be about £3.00 for UK destinations and £7.50 to all other parts of the world. Three control boards will be approx £4.00 for UK and £10.00 worldwide.

Returns
Our Promise to You .... If you are not entirely happy with your purchase then you may return it within 7 days from the date of receipt to obtain a full refund, excluding postage and packing. Return postage must be paid by buyer. It must be in its original condition and contain all original parts. Responsibility for safe return is with the buyer.
