You will find at the control shop a whole range of devices for making real
world PC automation, robotics and control very easy. For example: a device called the
WASP which connects via a standard USB port and provides 4 analogue inputs
and 7 high voltage switching outputs.
This opens the door to true control based on real world signals of
constantly varying amplitude (eg temperature, light, pressure, humidity,
noise etc.. etc.. The software provided with the WASP (WaspWare)
makes it very easy , even for the complete beginner, to create a fully
functional analogue control system |
